Once your reader base hits a certain number, you might realise different patterns related to their geographical location. One example is the time-zone. While tools like Google Analytics have been showing you nice maps for the location of your visitors for a long time, that information needs to translate to the tools you use to push out your awesome posts. Push Monkey aims to provide these tools and that is why we are launching our Geolocation feature.

What does Geolocation mean for Push Monkey?

A couple of things:

1. On your Dashboard on getpushmonkey.com, as well as on your WordPress Dashboard, you can now see a nice map with the location of your subscribers as well as the Top 10 countries.

Sample of a map.

2. When sending a notification, you can select which countries to receive it. This can be rather cleverly used for targeting multiple time-zones.

Head down to getpushmonkey.com to give it a try. Remember, testing it is absolutely FREE, with no commitment or credit card required.

Don’t forget, if you find Push Monkey useful, please leave a review and rating on WordPress.org.
